Develop, design, and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Build and present storyboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth marketing analytics across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and campaign performance.
Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to measure ROI, customer lifetime value, attribution, and incremental impact.
Partner with Guest Engagement Marketing Manager to translate business questions into data analyses and actionable strategies.
Roll up your sleeves to perform hands-on data work—pulling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing datasets.
Write SQL/Python scripts for advanced analytics, automation, or data manipulation.
Proactively identify new ways to leverage data for improved targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science ; Master’s degree a plus.
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field .
Proven experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and data visualizations.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
Exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
