Experience drafting real estate contracts and related instruments (e.g., exchange/permuta, purchase and sale, amendments, assignment, notices, etc.).
Regularization of urban and rural properties, including subdivision (desmembramento), property consolidation, area rectification, extrajudicial adverse possession (usucapião extrajudicial), boundary determination (estremação), easements (servidão), liaising with public agencies to obtain documents/certificates, analysis of topographic materials, and registration and updating of rural property documents.
Preparation and obtaining of documents to enable registration with the Registry Offices (Serventias Registrais).
Participation in meetings, including advising clients to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Knowledge: Proficient in Windows and the main Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and PDF software.
Essentials: Experience in real estate law, solid experience with real estate contracts, strong communication and drafting skills, ability to make quick decisions, proactivity, and ability to work well in a team.
Advantage: Experience with real estate contracts and regularization of urban and rural properties.
