About the role
- As our Lead, Business Administration, Corporate & Risk, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth, effective and compliant operation of Playgroup NSW.
- Acting as 2IC to the Executive Lead, Corporate and Governance, you’ll provide high‑quality coordination and oversight across governance, risk, systems, contracts, facilities and corporate administration.
- This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that supports organisational excellence by maintaining strong governance processes, reliable systems, accurate records and responsive corporate services that enable our teams to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for families and communities.
- Support organisation‑wide governance processes including meetings, records management, reporting, policies and compliance documentation.
- Maintain risk and incident registers, support reporting cycles, audits, and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and child‑safe requirements.
- Support ICT administration, CRM data integrity, user access, system improvements and digital workflows.
- Coordinate contracts, legal documentation, insurance, procurement and vendor registers, ensuring effective lifecycle management.
- Support facilities, venues, assets and fleet administration to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
- Provide administrative leadership across cross‑organisational projects, reporting, documentation and coordination.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers and partners, providing responsive and reliable corporate support.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate services, governance, business administration or operational coordination within a complex organisation
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, enterprise risk and incident management processes
- Experience supporting ICT administration, business systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Experience coordinating contracts, legal documentation, insurance or procurement processes
- Strong organisational, documentation and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work with autonomy
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
