Recruitment

• Screen CVs and portfolios, helping shortlist strong candidates for hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews and act as a point of contact between candidates and interviewers
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, online communities, events, and referrals
• Draft and post job descriptions in alignment with hiring managers
• Support employer branding efforts across social media, job platforms, and at industry and education events
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles across departments (art, design, engineering, production, etc.)
• Maintain and update ATS to ensure accurate candidate records
• Help deliver a positive candidate experience, from first outreach to final feedback
• Collect and organise feedback from interviewers and follow up with candidates promptly
• Conduct research and collate information and present findings on potential new job boards, diversity recourses, industry events and conferences
• Establish strong working relationships with Recruitment, HR Teams and hiring managers
