About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead with risk - use our client Risk Assessment Platform to help sports organizations understand their exposure and build a safety program
- Prospect, source, and develop new relationships with sports organizations across the youth and amateur sports market
- Maintain a strong understanding of the youth sports landscape and evolving risk environment
- Own the full sales cycle including outreach, discovery, risk assessment, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Educate clients on insurance, risk management, and athlete safety
- Maximize renewals and retention through consistent client engagement
- Accurately maintain all prospect and client activity in internal systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience with a demonstrated track record of growing a book of business OR 5+ years sales experience with demonstrated track record of growing a book of business
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, in good standing
- Working knowledge of General Liability (GL) lines and commercial insurance products
- Proficiency with agency CRM/AMS (Applied Epic, preferred), or comparable sales and customer management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal presence and negotiation ability
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt - comfortable in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
