About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead with risk - use our client Risk Assessment Platform to help sports organizations understand their exposure and build a safety program
  • Prospect, source, and develop new relationships with sports organizations across the youth and amateur sports market
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the youth sports landscape and evolving risk environment
  • Own the full sales cycle including outreach, discovery, risk assessment, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Educate clients on insurance, risk management, and athlete safety
  • Maximize renewals and retention through consistent client engagement
  • Accurately maintain all prospect and client activity in internal systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience with a demonstrated track record of growing a book of business OR 5+ years sales experience with demonstrated track record of growing a book of business
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, in good standing
  • Working knowledge of General Liability (GL) lines and commercial insurance products
  • Proficiency with agency CRM/AMS (Applied Epic, preferred), or comparable sales and customer management platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal presence and negotiation ability
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt - comfortable in fast-paced, high-change environments
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
