About the role

  • Technology leadership: You share responsibility for selecting and expanding our tech stack.
  • Hands-on development: You contribute to building our app and website and maintain existing digital tools and infrastructure.
  • Strategy: You advise the founding team on all technical matters and plan the scaling of our digital offerings.

Requirements

  • You’re a doer who finds solutions and works independently.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Flutter or Python is a major plus, but we’re open to your expertise.
  • You have a genuine interest in using technology to improve people’s lives, implement nonprofit projects, and create social value.
  • You see yourself as part of the extended founding team and commit voluntarily 2–3 hours per week, flexibly, to grow with us.
  • Initiative, reliability and a willingness to try new things.
  • Good German and English skills.
