• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, including processing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Calculation of Deferred and Accrued revenue.
• Reconciling customer payments efficiently within Xero.
• Creating and managing customer invoices using our billing platform, Stripe.
• Conducting proactive credit control and cash collection activities to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Managing the purchase ledger and processing supplier invoices accurately.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.
