About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up, maintain, and support internal IT infrastructure.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees via service desk requests.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and IAM tasks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Prepare, configure and maintain company Devices.
- Hardware procurement and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain the IT inventory, asset tracking and internal documentation.
- Monitor devices and enforce compliance with the company’s policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience working in an IT support role.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Apple / Mac ecosystem.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Understanding of network configuration, such as DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi & VPN.
- Positive attitude and enjoy solving challenging problems.
- Experience managing identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Nice to have: Industry-recognised foundational IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent diploma/degree).
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA Service Desk.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and inventory tracking.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
