About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up, maintain, and support internal IT infrastructure.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees via service desk requests.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions and IAM tasks.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Prepare, configure and maintain company Devices.
  • Hardware procurement and liaising with suppliers.
  • Maintain the IT inventory, asset tracking and internal documentation.
  • Monitor devices and enforce compliance with the company’s policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience working in an IT support role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Apple / Mac ecosystem.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of network configuration, such as DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi & VPN.
  • Positive attitude and enjoy solving challenging problems.
  • Experience managing identity and access management (IAM) systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Nice to have: Industry-recognised foundational IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent diploma/degree).
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA Service Desk.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and inventory tracking.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
