Dutch-speaking SEO Executive
PLAY NORTHDutch-speaking SEO Executive driving organic growth for our Dutch brand at Play North. Executing SEO strategy and managing projects focused on data analysis and content optimization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute a 360-degree SEO strategy by optimizing on-page content, coordinating off-page authority building, and identifying technical improvements.
- Monitor and analyze organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Translate SEO strategy into detailed content briefs for writers, acting as the native-language gatekeeper for quality and search intent alignment.
- Assist in regular site audits using Screaming Frog.
- Keep a pulse on the SEO landscape to reverse-engineer competitor growth tactics and stay ahead of algorithm shifts.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies for off-site activities and backlink profile.
- Perform 'sanity checks' and manage the publishing process in the CMS to ensure every page is perfectly optimized before going live.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level fluency in Dutch plus professional English proficiency for internal collaboration.
- ~1–2 years of hands-on experience in on-page or off-page SEO.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog as well as third party SEO analytical tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Wincher or other similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with content and tech teams.
