About the role

  • Build and maintain a sample app library and example repositories on GitHub showcasing real-world Plaud Embedded SDK use cases (using vibecoding tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate output).
  • Create developer-facing educational content: tutorials, blog posts, and demo videos distributed across GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, and key developer communities.
  • Manage the developer Slack community: design onboarding flows, maintain moderation standards, and drive weekly engagement initiatives (AMAs, office hours, demo threads).
  • Plan and execute hackathons in partnership with PMM and regional marketing teams
  • Synthesize weekly VoC insights from the Slack community and GitHub issues into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack software engineering background - has experience building production apps
  • Experience building or actively participating in developer communities (Slack, Discord, GitHub); understands developer culture and communicates authentically with technical audiences.
  • Strong content creation skills: marketing-oriented technical writing, comfortable making demo videos and leading webinars or live coding sessions.
  • AI-native with vibecoding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code); able to generate and ship sample apps rapidly without needing to build everything from scratch.
  • Knows how to distribute content to developers: developer newsletters, Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub trending, Twitter/X.
