About the role

  • Set up, optimize, and maintain the full B2B GTM stack and all integrations between tools (ie. HubSpot CRM, Clay, platform backend, support ticketing system) for both Plaud Team and the Developer Platform.
  • Implement AI-driven lead routing and qualification systems - score inbound signups and automatically route to sales or self-serve based on fit signals.
  • Build AI inbound sales agents to handle and respond to prospect inquiries at scale, in collaboration with the B2B Sales Lead.
  • Set up developer platform support infrastructure (support ticketing system and knowledge base) and deploy AI-driven Tier 1 support to deflect common developer questions.
  • Build dashboards and funnel reports tracking the developer lead, acquisition, and conversion funnel in collaboration with the data analytics team.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years experience building GTM automation, integrations, and building/working across pre-sales, customer success, and support using 3rd-party SaaS/AI tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, n8n, or custom API/webhook work)
  • Hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents for GTM use cases (inbound sales qualification, Tier 1 support, (nice to have) outbound sequencing);
  • Experience replacing workflows using AI to streamline operations across the GTM organization
  • Data fluency: able to independently build dashboards and funnel reports (SQL, Metabase, Looker, or equivalent); comfortable defining metrics and interpreting anomalies.
  • Technical enough to collaborate with engineering and improve AI agent responses: comfortable debugging logs, API errors, and more.
