About the role

  • Regional Sales Leadership Own Europe P&L for device sales. Build and execute the annual sales plan across 5+ priority markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.). Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies with HQ.
  • D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Growth Lead growth of the EU official website, improving sessions, add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, and AOV. Partner with performance marketing teams on organic acquisition, paid acquisition, retargeting, and landing page optimization. Optimize funnel metrics across website, payment, logistics, and post-purchase experience.
  • Marketplaces Lead growth of the EU marketplaces including Amazon, Fnac, C-Discount, etc. Manage advertising strategy, inventory planning, pricing integrity, and catalog health. Optimize funnel metrics across BSR, brand search, ACOS, ACOAS, conversion rate, return rate, review rating, etc.
  • TikTok Shop Build and manage the TikTok Shop growth plan for Europe. Grow revenue via creators, affiliate programs, paid traffic, and shop operations. Develop campaigns around peak moments. Manage TikTok Shop compliance, logistics, SLA performance.
  • Distribution & Retail Develop and deepen distribution network. Sign and manage distributors; supervise sales targets, marketing commitments, and inventory health. Support retail execution: training, merchandising, demo units, sell-through programs.
  • Collaboration & Leadership Recruit, develop, and manage teams. Partner closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to execute local initiatives. Provide feedback from market/retail partners to inform product roadmap and localization needs.
  • Forecasting & Operations Own demand planning, inventory allocation, and sales forecasting for the region. Ensure channel profitability and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years relevant experience in consumer electronics, smart devices, AI gadgets, or hardware + SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven success in leading revenue across DTC + Amazon + marketplaces + TikTok + distribution.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills (conversion funnels, CPC/ROAS, ads optimization, marketplace ops).
  • Deep familiarity with EU market differences, consumer behaviors, and regulatory considerations.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills — able to inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Builder mindset and entrepreneurship — hands on.
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
