About the role
- Define and execute product operation strategies to effectively communicate Plaud’s product and AI value to users — focusing on value-driven retention and growth rather than pure engagement metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Marketing teams to design user journeys, messaging, and feedback loops that enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Build and lead a product operations function — transforming insights, feature usage data, and user feedback into actionable product and growth strategies.
- Drive go-to-market readiness and communication for major releases, ensuring consistent messaging around AI capabilities.
- Establish key metrics and operational processes that connect product value with user impact, creating scalable playbooks for AI-driven product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Product Management, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product growth, or PMM roles in internet or AI companies.
- Prior experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups where you built operational systems from scratch.
- Experience working with AI/LLM or AIGC content products (e.g., chatbots, creative tools, or productivity assistants).
- Previous exposure to hardware-integrated or multimodal AI products (voice, notes, wearable, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, compelling narratives for users.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle, retention metrics, and product value communication.
- Strong data sensitivity and experience using analytics to drive operational decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate across product, design, AI, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
