About the role
- Write clear, compelling, and technically accurate copy across product launches, GTM campaigns, landing pages, and sales assets.
- Translate complex AI and software features into human, value-led benefits that connect with diverse audiences.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to develop consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
- Uphold and evolve Plaud’s brand voice — maintaining tone, accuracy, and narrative coherence across regions.
- Use AI tools and data insights to refine content quality, speed, and engagement performance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, brand writing, or creative content within tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Proven ability to turn technical or abstract ideas into accessible, compelling language.
- Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and narrative flow.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across teams and time zones.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability for deadlines and quality.
- Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Experience writing for global or bilingual audiences (U.S., APAC, or EU).
- Familiarity with AI, productivity, or hardware-software integrated products.
- Proficiency with AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of SEO or content performance metrics.
- Passion for technology, creativity, and crafting stories that move people.
