About the role
- Lead and expand relationships with major U.S. retailers and distributors and effectively drive relationships with all stakeholders (Decision makers at Best Buy, Costco, etc.); deliver Breakthrough on stagnant retail goals.
- Drive breakthrough improvements in in-store placement and visibility, reducing cost and improve performance.
- Retail and Distribution P&L optimization, exploring and optimizing retail marketing opportunities.
- Deliver measurable sales increases by developing and executing data-driven retail strategies.
- Identify and explore new opportunities in retail, B2B, and other sales channels.
- Take ownership of special projects and high-priority sales initiatives as required.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams and international teams to ensure alignment on retail execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing retail sales, preferably from the brand side.
- Experience working with or within sales agencies and distributors is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to activate retail marketing resources and optimize P&L performance in the process.
- Proven track record of overcoming key milestone bottlenecks in major U.S. retail channels (e.g., Best Buy, Costco), with measurable achievements such as significantly accelerating project timelines.
- Strong capability in building and sustaining client relationships, including developing trusted personal-level connections to foster long-term partnerships.
