About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer letter and acceptance
- Recruit for Federal Civilian and DoD roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using multiple channels (ATS, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, job fairs, etc.)
- Post, manage, and update job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the clearance-aware hiring process with professionalism and discretion
- Attend and represent the company at job fairs, military transition events, and recruiting outreach initiatives
- Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reports to recruiting lead and hiring mangers.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and cleared roles
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process
Requirements
- Minimum five (5 +) years of recruiting experience supporting Federal Civilian and DoD contracts
- Proven experience recruiting for roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances
- Must reside in Tampa, Florida
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and hiring managers
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting workflows
- Experience managing candidates from initial contact through offer letter
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship building & stakeholder management
