About the role

  • Independent handling and control of customer orders — from order entry to delivery
  • Responsibility for materials management: inventory control, stocktaking, basic warehouse reconciliations
  • Maintenance and updating of master data and tools
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, QA and Engineering
  • Practical support of day-to-day operations: structuring tasks, tracking information, actively coordinating interfaces
  • Taking responsibility for smooth processes and supporting continuous improvement
  • Management of loan equipment
  • Support for the Sales department in preparing quotations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification (e.g., industrial clerk, forwarding or logistics clerk)
  • Initial experience in order processing or materials management; purchasing experience is an advantage
  • Affinity for complex, highly technical products
  • Strong hands-on mentality and a generalist approach to work
  • Strong communicator, team-oriented, and able to confidently handle multiple interfaces/stakeholders
  • Fluent German and basic English (phone calls, emails)
  • Confident use of ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) and MS Office
