About the role
- Support Account Managers and Account Supervisors with day-to-day client and program activities
- Assist in managing operational aspects of promotional programs, including client onboarding, legal and regulatory approvals, production, execution, and post-program reporting
- Prepare for client meetings by developing agendas, organizing materials, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-ups
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and key metrics, and provide regular status updates
- Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure all program components are accurate, completed on time, and compliant with client and regulatory standards
- Help manage schedules, priorities, and task tracking across multiple accounts and initiatives
- Maintain well-organized account documentation and internal records
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience, ideally in project management, account services, or a client-facing role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with experience supporting multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within an account management or client services career path
