About the role
- Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across Medlive ’s promotional programs.
- Serve as client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders and clients.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project and program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance, deliverables, and key metrics.
- Work with Medlive ’s marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the promotional program are complete, free from error, and in compliance with client regulatory/legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across program objectives, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Travel up to 10% to support in-studio broadcasts, as needed
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space
- Healthcare agency experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
