Key responsibilities & impact

Own the post-go-live relationship for high-value accounts
Guide existing customers through complex growth phases and architectural shifts
Identify underutilized features and provide deep-dive technical guidance
Act as the critical link between customers and internal teams
Contribute to team growth by developing technical playbooks and reusable templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep experience in cloud infrastructure and developer tools
Typically 5–8+ years in technical account management or systems engineering
The ability to design sophisticated technical workflows and architectures
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Professional fluency in both English and either French or German
