About the role
- Design, build, and scale a global Application Services business unit, including structure, offerings, and delivery model.
- Define and launch a portfolio of offerings (application migrations, load testing, modernization, upgrades, ongoing support) and create capability and offering roadmaps.
- Develop and execute business plans with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals.
- Lead value-led solution sales, engage in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal reviews; partner with Go-to-Market teams for market offers and adoption.
- Ensure successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction; oversee migrations, performance testing, modernization projects, and support using a global delivery model.
- Attract, recruit, and retain talent in application architecture, engineering, and consulting; foster a culture of excellence and represent the business at the executive level.
Requirements
- Proven track record building and scaling application services businesses globally.
- Deep knowledge of application architectures and cloud infrastructure principles.
- Strong consulting and delivery background, including leadership of complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
- Demonstrated success in solution-selling and closing large strategic deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional client engagement skills, with credibility at the C-suite level.
- Strong presenter to both technical and business audiences.
- Passion for building high-performance teams and driving measurable business outcomes.
