About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Full-Circle Sales Specialist, you are the key lever for our growth.
- You own the entire sales cycle: from initial research to long-term customer relationships.
- You onboard new companies and show them how Planted makes their environmental and climate impact visible.
- You remain their main point of contact thereafter.
- You work closely with our Climate Forester, who supports you with product marketing, events, and sourcing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B sales — you know how a sales cycle works.
- Hunger. You want to close deals, not just manage them.
- You enjoy picking up the phone. Cold calling is not a punishment but part of the game.
- Strong communicator who can engage on equal terms with CEOs, sustainability leads, and marketing managers.
- Structured, self-driven working style — you don’t need someone to push you in the morning.
- Excellent German (business fluent), good English.
- Nice-to-haves: experience in sustainability, ESG, or the climate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- A network in relevant industries.
