About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Full-Circle Sales Specialist, you are the key lever for our growth.
  • You own the entire sales cycle: from initial research to long-term customer relationships.
  • You onboard new companies and show them how Planted makes their environmental and climate impact visible.
  • You remain their main point of contact thereafter.
  • You work closely with our Climate Forester, who supports you with product marketing, events, and sourcing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales — you know how a sales cycle works.
  • Hunger. You want to close deals, not just manage them.
  • You enjoy picking up the phone. Cold calling is not a punishment but part of the game.
  • Strong communicator who can engage on equal terms with CEOs, sustainability leads, and marketing managers.
  • Structured, self-driven working style — you don’t need someone to push you in the morning.
  • Excellent German (business fluent), good English.
  • Nice-to-haves: experience in sustainability, ESG, or the climate sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • A network in relevant industries.
