About the role

As a Founders Associate intern, you will work directly with Planted’s founders and leadership team, gaining valuable insight into the strategic and operational management of a fast‑growing startup.
You will support our team across several areas that are critical to Planted’s development:
Project management: You will take responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on strategic projects and initiatives.
Team coordination & communication: You will work closely with different departments (e.g., Sales, Tech, Sustainability) to improve communication and information flow between teams and to optimize operational processes.
Investor and partner communications: You will assist in preparing investor updates, partner presentations, and other external communications.
Operational support: You will be involved in the daily work of the founders and leadership team, helping to coordinate and complete operational tasks.
Growth initiatives: You will work on identifying new growth opportunities, market segments, and product developments.

Studies: You are a student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Startup Management, Sustainability, or a comparable field.
Practical experience: Initial hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment is an advantage.
Skills: You have a strong interest in strategy and business leadership, possess analytical abilities, and can quickly grasp complex topics.
Organizational skills: You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
Communication: You can communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally, both internally and externally.
Motivation: You are motivated to work in a fast, innovative environment and want to actively contribute to Planted’s growth.
Technical skills: You have experience with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Notion or Google Workspace is a plus.
Languages: You are fluent in German and English to operate in an international environment.
