About the role
- As a Performance Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS, you will play a key role in scaling our digital marketing strategy.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing our campaigns on Google, Bing and LinkedIn.
- You will implement marketing automations for effective lead nurturing and bring creative ideas to improve performance.
- With data-driven performance tracking, conversion optimization and innovative growth strategies, you will ensure our brand reaches the right audiences.
- Campaign management: planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Bing).
- Strategy development: cross-channel concepts (Search, Display, Video) with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Performance tracking: analysis using GA4, attribution & HubSpot, and ROI/ROAS evaluation for data-driven optimization.
- Conversion optimization: A/B testing, funnel optimization and UX analyses to increase trial and lead conversions.
- Innovation: introducing new channels, formats and audience strategies as well as conducting competitive and market analyses.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar, plus at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise: Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and LinkedIn campaigns (ABM, Sponsored Content, Message Ads).
- Tools: Confident in using GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush and common analytics tools; very strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical ability: Data-driven decision making, funnel analyses and ROI/ROAS optimization as part of daily practice.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in ESG/sustainability marketing, AI/ML or enterprise B2B SaaS, and skills in marketing automation, ABM or SQL/Python.
