About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute tasks for projects resulting in successful completion of new business proposals
  • Work with the team to create, review, and deliver proposals to internal firm partners
  • Review, select, and customize content from the proposal library
  • Format documents and select/customize graphics
  • Proofread proposals and communicate with internal colleagues and other teams
  • Train the firm Administrative Team on proposal best practices
  • Assist Pursuit Strategists with large proposals through formatting, researching, and writing
  • Coordinate internal and external research programs and projects, including audience identification, communications, and tracking
  • Maintain the internal database, communicate best practices, assist with data analytics, and support annual reports
  • Create and publish a weekly report to senior leaders
  • Plan and manage logistics for internal team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or another related subject area
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or writing, including internships, volunteer positions, and other work
  • May require some local and interstate travel
  • May require occasional overtime work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified bilingual candidates in Japanese and English or Chinese and English
