About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts
- Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management
- Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or other related field , or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
- Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills
- Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings.
