Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred but not required
3+ years of full charge staff accountant experience
3+ years minimum experience with computerized accounting systems
Experience with PointClickCare or Sage Intacct preferred; Yardi, Peachtree and/or Creative Solutions a plus
Fixed assets and depreciation experience
Knowledge of payroll including preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
Travel throughout the eastern and central time zones on occasion with approximately 5% overnight travel
