About the role
- Responsible for designing, administering, and establishing system standards for messaging and communication team solutions including Microsoft Exchange Online and email security
- Provide support, analysis, and remediation on escalated support incidents from our help desk
- Perform solution administration tasks, including reviewing and monitoring event logs/performance KPIs and baselines
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Develop and test disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity plans
- Capacity planning and yearly budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related major preferred
- At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online and email security solutions
- Working experience with eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, and compliance processes
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Knowledge of external email routing and configuration including MX records, SPF, DMARC, DKIM
- Familiarity with Entra ID and the Microsoft 365/M365 suite of solutions
- Occasional travel may be required
