Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources Management

- Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compensation practices, HRIS administration, performance management
- solid knowledge in federal and state employment laws
- Experience partnering with management in resolution of employee relations issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technically proficient with HRIS system(s), Applicant Tracking system(s) and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
