About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Under the supervision of the Chief Partnerships Officer, oversee the Institutional Giving program
- Manage and generate funds through philanthropic and family foundations, and corporate giving
- Prospect, research, write proposals, and report
- Collaborate with senior management to build and maintain a strategic Institutional Giving program
- Develop and implement an annual institutional giving strategy
- Maintain relationship records through Salesforce, electronic files, and AmpliFund
- Build relationships with existing and prospective funders
- Draft institutional donor materials, including proposals and reports
- Monitor grant compliance and ensure accurate implementation of grant-funded activities
- Maintain accurate institutional giving revenue forecasts and assist with annual budgeting
- Collect program outcomes and impact data to support proposals and reports
- Advise and support senior management and Board members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a successful Institutional Giving program
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, SalesForce, and AmpliFund preferred
