About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under the supervision of the Chief Partnerships Officer, oversee the Institutional Giving program
Manage and generate funds through philanthropic and family foundations, and corporate giving
Prospect, research, write proposals, and report
Collaborate with senior management to build and maintain a strategic Institutional Giving program
Develop and implement an annual institutional giving strategy
Maintain relationship records through Salesforce, electronic files, and AmpliFund
Build relationships with existing and prospective funders
Draft institutional donor materials, including proposals and reports
Monitor grant compliance and ensure accurate implementation of grant-funded activities
Maintain accurate institutional giving revenue forecasts and assist with annual budgeting
Collect program outcomes and impact data to support proposals and reports
Advise and support senior management and Board members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a successful Institutional Giving program
Proficiency in Google Workspace, SalesForce, and AmpliFund preferred
