About the role
- Directs, coordinates, and evaluates clinical services provided to patients.
- Partners with regional directors and center managers to identify clinician staffing needs.
- Develops and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and medical standards.
- Chairs the Policies and Procedures Committee.
- Supervises and mentors the Lead Clinicians.
- Partners with clinical staff and center managers to support the patient experience.
- Works and collaborates with all the members of the Clinical Services Team.
Requirements

- Superb attention to detail.
- Current state licensure in CT and RI as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician's Assistant or Medical Doctor required.
- Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program or Medical School.
- Minimum of 5 years of reproductive health experience in direct patient care.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, EHR and skilled with use and application of information technology.
