About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under the supervision of the Director, Education and Training, launch and support initiatives related to education and training.
Support the development and implementation of special projects and initiatives for the Education and Training division.
Conduct quality improvement projects related to lesson plans and develop educational programs.
Oversee Education and Training interns and manage special projects.
Analyze data and maintain community mapping projects to ensure health equity.
Collaborate on equity framework for outreach and training activities.
Increase capacity for Spanish program delivery and develop sex education programming for diverse audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in health education, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related area.
Minimum of three years’ experience in education/community outreach or equivalent work experience.
Experience in curriculum design.
Experience in program evaluation.
Experience in facilitating youth programs.
Understanding of and commitment to providing programs utilizing an equity and reproductive justice lens.
Excellent public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse groups of teens, staff and volunteers.
