About the role
- Provide senior-level administrative support to the Alliance Team
- Maintain & improve governance frameworks, standards, templates & processes
- Coordinate vendor documentation, schedules, registers & artefacts
- Produce accurate & timely reporting
- Support financial tracking, forecasting & project administration activities
- Assist with vendor audits, quality assurance & continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between vendors, the alliance team & other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 4-5 years’ senior PMO Administrator experience in a Managed Services environment or large government agency, preferably within an outsourcing environment
- Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously
- Highly proficient & advanced skills with MS 365 (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
- Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Effective team player, has a positive approach to work & team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable & capable
- Highly organized with good time management skills
