About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical support for our protel product range by phone and email
  • Responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries
  • Leverage your experience in the hotel industry and IT knowledge
  • Clear and friendly communication in stressful situations
  • Effective communication and collaboration within the support team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)
  • Experience in hotel front office and back office operations
  • Basic understanding of business administration, especially accounting
  • Strong IT aptitude
  • Excellent German and good English; French and/or Italian are highly desirable
