About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical support for our protel product range by phone and email
- Responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries
- Leverage your experience in the hotel industry and IT knowledge
- Clear and friendly communication in stressful situations
- Effective communication and collaboration within the support team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)
- Experience in hotel front office and back office operations
- Basic understanding of business administration, especially accounting
- Strong IT aptitude
- Excellent German and good English; French and/or Italian are highly desirable
