Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of IT and business change projects
Define and maintain clear project scope, plans, milestones, and success measures
Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines
Maintain clear accountability for outcomes across all contributing teams
Lead delivery across Technology, Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to manage dependencies and sequencing
Ensure projects remain aligned to business strategy and enterprise priorities
Apply delivery governance standards consistently across all projects
Proactively identify and manage project-level risks and issues
Balance speed, quality, and risk in decision-making
