Assist in developing and standardizing service offerings aligned with industry trends.
Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
Collaboratively develop policies and procedures for customers to facilitate adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years with various compliance standards including but not limited to CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), CIS, HIPAA and others as applicable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
Certifications: At least 2 certifications in relevant areas (e.g., security, compliance, project management).
In depth knowledge of Microsoft capabilities supporting Compliance within Azure and Office 365.
