Requirements
- 5+ years agency experience
- Comfortable owning client relationships with support from leadership
- Good listening and distillation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to articulate ideas well, be resourceful and persistent with teams
- Have a strong understanding of where strategy and creative intersect
- A commitment to high quality work and building positive relationships with all
- Tapped into industry news / trends, proactively thinking on behalf of clients and internal teams alike
- Accountability for financial success of managed clients
