About the role

  • Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and Leadership to develop new software product concepts and enhancements to existing products.
  • Conduct research and develop a good understanding of customer needs, new technologies, market trends, and competitors.
  • Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements.
  • Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to illustrate product ideas.
  • Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle: analysis, design, and testing.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and maintain the software strategy roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proficient using variety of product roadmap and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, Asana, Github, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Top-notch organization and planning skills.
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in the legal industry, automatic speech recognition, or audio-text synchronization a bonus.
