About the role
- Drive strategy & execution of organizational development initiatives
- Translate strategic direction, org insights, and data into actionable solutions
- Coordinate project-based collaboration with People & Business Operations
- Operationalize and improve core people and org systems
- Plan and run org-wide OD rollouts and enablement
- Support org design and workforce planning
- Ensure high P&O data quality and deliver structured reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years in a highly generalistic role (e.g., Founder’s Associate, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops)
- Strong organizational development foundation or equivalent experience
- Strong process and systems thinking
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with people systems
- Strong affinity for data, documentation, and tooling (e.g., Notion, Slack, Sheets, AI tools)
- Excellent communication skills in German & English (C1/C2 level)
- Experience working in a startup/scale-up/growth-stage environment
