About the role
- Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business in the audio-visual (AV) industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain our showroom presence in downtown Seattle, WA on a hybrid basis.
- Desire to educate customers on display technology in a showroom, office, or job site location.
- Identify & develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities.
- Drive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers.
- Ensure all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and services.
- Maintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Manage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology.
- Meet corporate and sales objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- - 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical Industry
- - Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills
- - High energy, sense of urgency
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- - Must have a valid drivers license
