About the role

  • - Create flexible, maintainable, and reusable features that help users along their carbon accounting and decarbonisation journey
  • - Collaborate with the other Frontend and Backend engineers in your team, as well as the Data, Platform and QA engineers from other Engineering teams on features and technical improvements
  • - Plan and implement features together with design, and product, to make pragmatic decisions and contribute to technology and architecture decisions
  • - Promote best practices and methodologies within the Frontend development team
  • - Foster a healthy and collaborative development environment through mentorship, transparent feedback and communication

Requirements

  • - Highly proficient in CSS3, HTML5, and TypeScript
  • - Strong experience with React and SASS / SCSS
  • - Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest
  • - Proven ability to lead cross-functional feature implementation, including leading the planning, implementation and release phase
  • - Experience working in an agile Product development environment
  • - Strong focus on scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the product
  • - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • - Excellent written and verbal English
