About the role

  • You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and marketing support to complex logistical and administrative management.
  • This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • As an Analyst to the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with large, global companies to help them understand and reduce their carbon footprint.
  • You'll support our CEO directly, gaining hands-on experience in the sustainability and greentech industry.
  • Marketing Material Development: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of high-impact presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing/investor materials.
  • External Communications: draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and internal memos on behalf of the CEO.
  • Call Management: Act as the first point of contact for external partners and prospects, professionally taking, screening, and directing incoming calls and managing follow-up communications.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend key business meetings, take detailed, high-quality notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments.
  • Information Synthesis: Research and compile market, competitor, or prospect intelligence to prepare the CEO for crucial engagements.
  • Information Flow: Facilitate efficient information flow between the CEO's office and senior leadership, departments, and external entities.
  • Expense Management: Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and promptly.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of and execute various special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Analyst, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Core Competencies:
  • - **Exceptional Communication in English**: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of stakeholders. Further languages such as German or French is a plus.
  • - **Impeccable Organization**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • - **Discretion & Confidentiality:** Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
