- Contribute to product and technical direction, working closely with design, engineering, and founders

Requirements
- Have shipped features end-to-end in fast paced environments
- Take initiative and show strong agency; you don’t wait to be told what to do, you figure out what matters, drive momentum and make it better, we move and ship fast here
- Are impact driven and motivated by seeing customers succeed; you measure the quality of your work by the end experience of users, not the abstractions or cleanliness of the code
- Want to work closely with customers and shape product decisions, not just execute on tickets
- Care deeply about craft and love building products that feel simple, powerful, and polished
