- Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.\n\nPlaid is seeking an experience Finance Systems Administrator to join the Finance Systems team. \u00a0\n\u00a0The Financial Systems team is responsible for building and maintaining the financial technology backbone that powers our accounting, payments, billing, and reporting operations. We work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Engineering to ensure our finance stack is secure, automated, and scalable. Our mission is to reduce friction, eliminate manual work, and enable trusted financial operations. \n\nAs a Finance Systems Administrator, you’ll manage and optimize Plaid’s NetSuite ERP and related financial applications. You’ll help drive automation and improve data integrity across our finance tech stack. You’ll be hands-on with integrations, workflows, reporting tools, and system configurations. Your work will directly support critical finance processes and strategic scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in finance systems or ERP administration\n
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite (administration, configuration, user roles, workflows)\n
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with NetSuite\n
- Strong communication and project management skills\n
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nNice to have: Experience with AP systems such as Bill.com, Vic.ai\nExperience supporting FP&A and applications like Pigment or Anaplan or similar\nKnowledge of SuiteScript or NetSuite API integrations\nExposure to SOX compliance or audit readiness work
