About the role

  • Owning and executing the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in Spain
  • Taking responsibility for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
  • Localizing messaging, value propositions, and content for the Spanish market
  • Driving improvements across the full digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion
  • Analyzing traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies
  • Supporting local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives
  • Ensuring strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
  • Working data-driven, running tests, and continuously optimizing performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus
  • Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels
  • Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
