About the role
- Owning and executing the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in Spain
- Taking responsibility for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
- Localizing messaging, value propositions, and content for the Spanish market
- Driving improvements across the full digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion
- Analyzing traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies
- Supporting local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives
- Ensuring strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
- Working data-driven, running tests, and continuously optimizing performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
- Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels
- Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
