About the role

  • Own and execute the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands
  • Responsible for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
  • Plan, run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
  • Localize messaging, value propositions and content for the Dutch market
  • Drive improvements across the digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion
  • Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with central teams (Product, UX/UI, Performance Marketing, Analytics) and external agencies
  • Support local product launches, feature rollouts and GTM initiatives
  • Ensure strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
  • Work in a data-driven way, run experiments/tests and continuously optimize performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or the technology sector
  • Strong all-round marketing skills (website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution
  • Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization and growth funnels
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools and marketing automation
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
  • Native-level Dutch
  • Fluent English (German a plus)
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment
