About the role
- Creation and optimization of UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages and digital self-service workflows.
- Development of interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts.
- Improvement of existing experiences with a focus on usability, performance, accessibility and conversion.
- Close collaboration with product owners, marketing and development.
- Support for UX research, usability testing and A/B experiments.
- Ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned digital experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into code.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions.
- Fluent in German and comfortable working in an English-speaking team environment.
