About the role

  • Create and optimize UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages, product pages, digital self-service flows, and user and product portals
  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts
  • Improve existing experiences with a focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and conversion
  • Work closely with product owners, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Support UX research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
  • Ensure a consistent, brand-aligned digital experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Refine and expand our existing design systems and ensure consistent implementation across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable impact
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, prototyping tools, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in code
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions
  • Fluent in German and comfortable working in English-speaking team environments
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup
