About the role
- Lead digital product management efforts for our e‑commerce platforms and digital self‑service experiences.
- Define and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with our digital growth strategy.
- Take operational ownership for managing, optimizing, and scaling our digital e‑commerce infrastructure.
- Implement improvements in UX, content structure, performance, and functionality to increase traffic, lead quality, and online conversion rates.
- Design and enhance customer journeys across the entire digital funnel, from first touch to transaction.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX/UI, developers, SEO, analytics, etc.) and manage external agencies to deliver high‑impact projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align priorities and deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Ensure our e‑commerce stack and processes are scalable, efficient, and technically sound.
- Run A/B tests and optimization initiatives with a strong data‑driven mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital products or e‑commerce platforms with significant traffic and revenue impact.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a hands‑on approach and strong commercial awareness.
- Experience leading agile projects and working with cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams.
- Strong knowledge of UX, conversion optimization, SEO, and digital performance KPIs.
- Confident use of digital analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and prioritization.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Customer‑centric mindset and the ability to translate user needs into scalable product features.
- Business‑level German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
