About the role

  • Lead digital product management efforts for our e‑commerce platforms and digital self‑service experiences.
  • Define and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with our digital growth strategy.
  • Take operational ownership for managing, optimizing, and scaling our digital e‑commerce infrastructure.
  • Implement improvements in UX, content structure, performance, and functionality to increase traffic, lead quality, and online conversion rates.
  • Design and enhance customer journeys across the entire digital funnel, from first touch to transaction.
  • Analyze customer behavior, conversion performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX/UI, developers, SEO, analytics, etc.) and manage external agencies to deliver high‑impact projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align priorities and deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Ensure our e‑commerce stack and processes are scalable, efficient, and technically sound.
  • Run A/B tests and optimization initiatives with a strong data‑driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital products or e‑commerce platforms with significant traffic and revenue impact.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a hands‑on approach and strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience leading agile projects and working with cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UX, conversion optimization, SEO, and digital performance KPIs.
  • Confident use of digital analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and prioritization.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Customer‑centric mindset and the ability to translate user needs into scalable product features.
  • Business‑level German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
