About the role

  • Hire, coach, and scale a team of 6–8 AEs.
  • Own the segment's quota and manage the full sales funnel.
  • Coach team on sales execution against MEDDICC.
  • Actively participate in key discovery calls and demos.
  • Use Gong Forecasting for weekly, signal-based forecasts.
  • Work closely with the RVP and Marketing to refine the Playbook.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in sales management.
  • Deep familiarity with the Retail and Restaurant landscape.
  • Obsessed with sales process and methodology (MEDDICC).
  • Ability to translate complex data into business cases.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving tech environment.
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota attainment.
  • Experience in Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), Analytics, or MarTech.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Travel required approximately 20% of the time.
