About the role
- Hire, coach, and scale a team of 6–8 AEs.
- Own the segment's quota and manage the full sales funnel.
- Coach team on sales execution against MEDDICC.
- Actively participate in key discovery calls and demos.
- Use Gong Forecasting for weekly, signal-based forecasts.
- Work closely with the RVP and Marketing to refine the Playbook.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in sales management.
- Deep familiarity with the Retail and Restaurant landscape.
- Obsessed with sales process and methodology (MEDDICC).
- Ability to translate complex data into business cases.
- Thrives in a fast-moving tech environment.
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota attainment.
- Experience in Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), Analytics, or MarTech.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Travel required approximately 20% of the time.
